What is the price of the shoes?
Prices vary by style, material and order quantity—larger orders enjoy more favorable rates. Contact the factory for a specific quotation.
How long does it take to prepare samples?
Some samples are available immediately upon request. For new or customized styles, the standard sample lead time is 10-20 days. Additional 20-25 days are required for new sole or mold production if customization is needed.
What payment methods are accepted?
Common methods include T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). New customers may be required to make a certain percentage of advance payment.
Do I need to pay for samples?
Yes, usually new customers are required to pay the sample fee. The fee will be refunded after placing the official order. Special arrangements for sample fee sharing can be discussed with the factory.
What is the production lead time?
The standard production lead time is 25-35 days. With a monthly production capacity of 300,000 pairs, the factory may have pending orders. For large orders or those requiring special testing, confirm the lead time with the factory in advance.
How are the shoes packaged?
Custom packaging is available as per customer requirements. OEM and ODM services are provided, including customization of brand name, logo, color, size and packaging.
What are the factory’s shipping terms?
Common terms such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDU are accepted. Customers can choose the most convenient or cost-effective option.
From which port are the shoes shipped?
Shoes from Chinese factories are usually shipped from ports like Xiamen. Specific ports can be negotiated based on actual conditions.
